It is with great pleasure that I get to announce the
"official" closing of our training camp, BJJ & Beach Camp! Our
full week-long training camp came to an end this past Sunday, full of
interesting new techniques, revisited classics and thoughtful insights on the
fighting psych and competition approach.
None of these would have been possible without the presence
of my good friend and "Mestre" Andrea Baggio, who once again visited
us out of sheer respect and friendship. He has, once again, selflessly, shared
his personal and instructional knowledge and experience to enrich us all!
I would also like to extend my gratitude to my dear friend
Panikos Melodias for his help and support in organizing the event.
Crystal Springs Hotel for the outstanding hospitality and
facilitation of the camp.
A great big thank you should also go to Veronique Rugirello
letsbeyoga for helping us stretch out and relax with her yoga after the
training sessions.
Last but not least I would like to thank Alexis Kallis for
holding the "lines" back in Nicosia and running the classes in the
scorching heat!
