Finger Taping


After 20 years of practicing several 'grip' fighting sports like judo and BJJ,  I decided to offer some advice on how to tape your fingers for such sports. When you practice on a daily basis and prepare for competitions, you don't have the time to take breaks to let the inflammation go away, so prevention is better than cure.

Here are some tips that you can use, depending on the injury:
