A medal tally well earned!!! After a gruesome three-day fight schedule @aspidateam came back with nine medals! Good things come to those who train hard!

The Team

Η Aspida Team Renzo Gracie Cyprus εκπροσώπησε την Κύπρο στους πανελλήνιους αγώνες brazilian jiu jitsu που πραγματοποιήθηκαν την Κυριακή 8 Μαρτίου στις Εγκαταστάσεις του Ολυμπιακού γηπέδου πάλης στα άνω Λιόσια.
Μετά απο 12 ώρες αγώνων η Aspida Team έδωσε Κυπριακό χρώμα στα μετάλλια. Συνολικά 9 μετάλλια για τους αθλητές μας που για ακόμα μια φορά εκπροσώπησαν την Κύπρο σε αγώνες brazilian jiu jitsu.

1st NO-GI championship in Cyprus 15/2/2015

After a big week ATRG head coach Andreas Achniotis, instractor Panikos Melodias organise the first NO-GI championship in Cyprus. With the participation of 12 different academies and  90 athletes for one more time this event is showing how the sport is growing.
congratulations to all the athletes, coaches, staff and the public for the great atmosphere and the hight level fights.
Aspida Team scored first with 8 finalist in 9 categories.So proud of my team!

AJ Agazarm seminar 2-3/2/15

This February we had the honer to host one of the most upcoming events in Cyprus.
ATRG set up a 2 day seminar with Rank #2 in the World Aj Agazarm.
 Right after his super fight in Polaris and the European championship the "Florida boy" show us his best!
 Amazing skills and great top game cool guy. thats is the combination for a perfect seminar!
